Hello, hectic world!

First time mom here. Mads is about to turn 4 months and I have one month left on my maternity leave before donning on some heels and fitting back into my blazer for work.

I've been meaning to start a little virtual cork board to pin up the daily ins and outs of being a working mommy so here it goes! I'm going to strive to keep posts simple, sweet, to the point, and of course, my opinions are always that of my own. 

As I'm typing this out, little Mads is froggy style splayed out across my torso sound asleep napping like, well, a baby. Cheers to all the parents out there, whether you are a full-time stay-at-home mother/father or you work out of the house - being a parent is definitely not easy. One thing I keep saying over and over after having Mads is "Wow, I TOTALLY get it now." And I do. All the droopy-eyed dusky hours, uncontrollable tears, and ate-too-fast heartburns. I get it now.
